Directions

From the A22 Motorway (Exit: VIPITENO / STERZING) to Villa Tribulaunblick in Colle Isarco:

1. Exit the A22 at Sterzing/Vipiteno
2. At the first roundabout, take the second exit onto Jaufenstraße / SS44
3. At the second roundabout, take the third exit onto Brennerstraße / SS12, direction Brenner
4. Continue on this road for approx. 6 km north, following signs to Brenner / Colle Isarco

You can access the house from two entrances:

A) Main entrance and parking:

• Turn left onto Pflerscherstraße (signs for Stazione / Fleres)
• Take the second driveway on the right – here you’ll find a large parking area and will immediately see the house with its elegant black glass balconies – your holiday home!

B) Short-term stop for unloading luggage
(Google Maps destination – note: located on the main road!)

• The house is on the right-hand side of the main road, shortly after entering the village and the turnoff toward Val di Fleres (Pflerschtal)

Arriving from the Brenner Pass:

1. Take the Brenner Süd exit toward Colle Isarco / Pflerschtal
2. Turn left onto the SS12 (main road)
3. Follow the road for approx. 7.5 km

You can access the house from two entrances:

• Turn right onto Pflerscherstraße (signs for Stazione / Fleres)
• Take the second driveway on the right – you’ll find the large parking area and immediately see the house with the elegant black glass balconies – your holiday retreat!
